Check the source first
Confirm usable water is available. Inspect intake position and the required water level. A tank can hold water the system cannot reach.
Stop equipment safely according to its manual before touching connections or electrical parts. Do not open powered components or improvise electrical repairs. Contact the manufacturer about damaged equipment.
Trace one route to the pot
Follow the line physically. Look for kinks, disconnected fittings, trapped tubing and displaced outlets. Compare a dry branch with one receiving water without assuming they are identical.
Use the manufacturer’s cleaning and priming procedure. Do not enlarge outlets, use unknown chemicals or exceed pressure limits to force a result. Obstructions and supply faults may need different remedies.
Separate timing from distribution
Confirm the cycle occurs, then check the outlets. Increasing duration may overwater some containers while leaving the original fault unresolved. Record each adjustment and observe a complete cycle.
Check for flow after the cycle ends. Follow placement and anti-siphon instructions if water continues moving. Do not assume a stopped pump always means stopped flow.
Inspect the growing medium separately
Water in a saucer is not proof of an adequately watered root zone. Inspect drainage, outlet placement and moisture in the pot. A delivery fault and a plant-care issue can coexist.
If you cannot establish predictable delivery, return to supervised manual watering and contact support. An unverified repair is not a suitable basis for leaving the system unattended.
